Erica Lopez, Co-Founder
With more than a decade of experience in the personal injury space, Erica Lopez has built a reputation for connecting law firms with high quality medical providers who deliver results. After eight years as a compounding pharmacy technician and time in apparel manufacturing, she transitioned into PI marketing in 2011, quickly mastering the nuances of the medical legal process. Erica has worked with hospitals, private practices, and referral networks, even turning former employers into long term clients. In 2022, she co-founded Essence Medical Solutions, launching the business in just 30 days, and has been leading its growth ever since.
Carolina Lopez, Co-Founder
Carolina Lopez combines a background in media, public relations, and marketing to help drive the brand presence and client relationships at Essence Medical Solutions. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Bilingual Broadcast Journalism from Arizona State University, she spent seven years in media and mass communication, working in PR and the commercial sector. She then brought her expertise to the personal injury industry, where she has spent the last seven years building connections with law firms and providers. Since co-founding EMS in 2022, Carolina has focused on creating a professional, trustworthy experience that reflects the company’s high touch, concierge-level service.
Arlene Tolentino, Operations Supervisor
Arlene is an experienced administrative professional with over 17 years across hospitality, construction, infrastructure, and healthcare. She began her career as a Spa Receptionist at the Doha Marriott Hotel in Qatar before moving to Dubai, where she spent eight years as a Document Controller and Secretary with Commodore Contracting and three years as an Executive Assistant for Project Managers on the Dubai Metro Expo 2020 project with Acciona Infrastructure. In 2022, she joined Essence Medical Providers, bringing her organizational expertise and commitment to excellence to the healthcare field.

Kennede brings over a decade of marketing and business development experience in health, wellness, and beauty to her role at Essence Medical Solutions. With a background in women’s health, operations, and client relations, she helps bridge communication between patients and personal injury attorneys, ensuring a smooth, supportive experience for all parties involved.
Jey Landicho, Recommendations Coordinator

With nearly five years of experience in the real estate industry as a Branch Officer II and Branch Coordinator, she developed a keen ability to streamline operations, train staff, and ensure seamless coordination across departments.
